Our Story
Zaatar is a distinctive multi-cuisine restaurant founded in 2014 in South India, honoring the diverse culinary legacy developed over generations. The first outlet in Qatar was launched in 2023, and we are expanding our heritage throughout the Middle East.
The name ‘Zaatar’ itself embodies a blend of sumac, sesame seeds, and herbs commonly found in the Middle East and Mediterranean regions. Embracing guests with genuine warmth and personalized service has been our hallmark.
